This role demands more than just programming skills; it requires a deep understanding of mechatronics and/or robotics to enhance the performance and sustainability of their systems. Working under the Global Director of Controls Engineering, you'll be instrumental in evolving their legacy systems and shaping future innovations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain control software for advanced chiller systems, working closely with the Global development team to support local operations. Focus on hands-on programming and problem-solving to improve both existing and next-generation chiller controls. Collaborate with a small, specialised team responsible for critical troubleshooting and 'firefighting' to ensure system reliability and performance. What You’ll Need: A degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, or a related field, with at least 5 years' experience in industrial software development. Proficiency in C#/.Net; familiarity with C++, Java, or other object-oriented programming languages is advantageous. Strong background in PLC programming and HMI application development. Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, with a keen eye for quality and detail.
