They are looking for an experienced Senior Hydraulic Engineer to join the team in a leadership role, overseeing a team of engineers and technicians and managing the execution of complex hydraulic engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in hydraulic engineering, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. DUTIES. Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the planning, design, and execution of hydraulic engineering projects Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to understand project requirements and objectives Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather data and assess project needs Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications in accordance with industry standards and regulations Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is advantageous 6 years of experience in hydraulic engineering, with a proven track record of managing and executing complex projects Strong knowledge of hydraulic engineering principles, codes, and standards Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills BENEFITS.
