We will value your ideas and you will be exposed across projects within the transport, power, water, mining, property, and government sectors, assisting in bidding and delivering successful projects to continue the growth of an already successful and reputable capability. Plus, your role will also be well supported across our business, with skilled resources in other sections every step of the way. What you'll do: Provide technical advice on complex Tunnelling issues to clients and internal staff and deliver best practice consulting services Use advanced techniques, modifications and extension of theories, practices to synthesise and analyse data for decision making/ recommendations Build reputation as an expert Consultant. Participate in industry groups as part of maintaining high industry profile Manage, analyse and carry out geotechnical reporting for projects Cultivate existing and new client relationships and undertake proactive business development activities Keep abreast of advancing technologies, methods and research & development Prepare tenders, proposals and reports for clients; and Guide, participate and support stakeholder engagement activities About you: Typically 3-5 years experience in Tunneling/Structural engineering A successful track record in undertaking and managing field investigations for small to large size geotechnical projects Track record of promoting innovation in the field of Structural engineering to create value for clients/ projects Demonstrated experience in the preparation / review of written technical reports and client communications Demonstrated experience in Tunneling design A civil engineering or Structural engineering degree A strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously and in a team environment Ability to take responsibility for structural/Tunnel design delivery in multidisciplinary environment About WSP: WSP ( wsp.com/au) is one of the world's leading engineering professional services consulting firms, bringing together approximately 5,000 talented people across 14 offices in Australia.
