Snr Network Engineer - NV2 — Barton, South Canberra

Rubix Solutions is looking for Snr Network Engineer based in Canberra Rubix is currently acting on behalf of a leading defence consultancy who have multiple opportunities for experienced Senior Network Engineer. The Senior Network Engineer will be required to perform and/or have responsibility for duties including, but not limited to: Support the design, build, and deploy of complex network solutions Complete and review all associated network documentation Provide Network SME advice to the customer, and internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project definition, system architecture and process improvement Create Knowledge Articles on key processes, network devices and systems that can be used across the service desk and wider community of IT support staff Identify innovative service improvements that provide additional value to network solutions Work with peers in a highly collaborative and high-performing team environment Requirement Skills and Experience: Experience as a Network/Gateway engineer Demonstrated experience and knowledge in networking technologies including: Routing Switching Next Gen Firewalls Voice Over IP Enterprise Wireless LAN infrastructure Network Segmentation Flow Control Strong knowledge of Industry standard frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) Desirable Skills and Expertise: Knowledge and experience of Minerva systems Experience working within or interoperating with the Defence Network environment Experience applying frameworks to architecture and solution design, including test and evaluation procedures Benefits: Long term engagement Large enterprise end customer Collaborative work environment If this sounds like a match, we'd love to talk to you Feel free to apply directly or reach out to Stephanie - Stephanierubixsolutions.net.au
