What's this role about? The Endava Google Cloud team is on a mission to assist companies in transforming how they deliver products to their customers. We seek an accomplished technologist to join our new multi-cloud Infrastructure and Delivery Unit, tasked with delivering Cloud Landing Zones and modernization projects for various key accounts and industry domains. This presents a market-first opportunity to serve as an infrastructure subject matter expert, providing technical guidance on solutions design, governance, security, operations, and cost control best practices. Your contributions will significantly impact the continued growth of our GCP capability as we expand in the Australian region. This permanent position is located in our office spaces in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane, providing flexibility through a hybrid model of working arrangements Responsibilities: Work with customers to design and build cloud-based infrastructures and landing zones Assist with the creation of Infrastructure architectures and technical documentation Design and implement: Secure cloud foundational cloud implementations Automated provisioning of infrastructure and applications Cloud-ready applications architecture Deliver end-to-end cloud-based infrastructure management solutions Present Infrastructure modernization strategy to C-level executives Improvements to monitoring, logging and observability in Client environments Defining and implementing cloud infrastructure governance and building deployment standards Working cross-functionally with our delivery management team What skills and experience do you need? Hands-on Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) development Experience with virtualization: servers, storage, networks Certification with at least 3 years of commercial experience using GCP Experience with infrastructure-based processes such as: Monitoring Capacity planning Performance tuning Disaster Recovery Data centre exit Experience with Google's Cloud Foundation Toolkit and Landing Zone implementations Experience with data centre exit strategies What's in it for you?
