With the payments technology systems being at the heart of the Bank, almost every customer-facing channel relies on payments services in one way or another. The Performance Test Manager performs a key role for Real Time Payments Crew and is responsible for all platform stakeholders and accountable for assuring the performance of applications meet the needs of business. The role requires leading a team of performance test engineers across multiple business critical bank applications and adopting industry best practice in experimenting with emerging tools and technologies. The successful candidate will continuously seek and create opportunities to further enhance the performance test capability which will advance our continuous delivery capability. We're interested in hearing from people can Build, lead and inspire an engaged team of performance quality Engineers. Empower team to manage their work appropriately, respond to queries, address impediments and problem solve technical issues. Provide effective coaching to Engineers and establish mechanisms for peer-to-peer learning and mentoring. Thorough knowledge of performance and automation test framework Understand unique skill sets of team members, providing personalised feedback and guidance. Communicate to senior management and key stakeholders to ensure clear path to execution. Communicate Engineering Practice standards and consistent ways of working across the domain and CBA that align to industry standards. Enhance performance engineering capability by introducing new tools, new technologies and new initiatives. Collaborate closely with scrum teams to understand solutions, gather requirements, define performance test scope, and promote performance and resilience mindset in solution design. Enable shift-left for performance testing and influence others to adopt new approach. Tech Skills We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks.
