Rubix Solutions is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with proficiency in Salesforce and Azure Rubix Solutions is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with proficiency in Salesforce and Azure to join Our Federal Government client. To commence from the 1st of July onwards, positions are offered on an initial 12 month contract basis which we expect to extend for 24 months. Roles offered at $800- $1,100 per day inclusive of super depending on your expertise. Duties & Responsibilities: Design and develop CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments using Azure DevOps tools like Azure pipelines and YAML scripting Configure and manage Salesforce environments (Sandboxes, Development, Production) through infrastructure as code (IaC) practices. Implement robust version control practices using Git and conduct thorough code reviews of pull requests. Collaborate with developers, testers, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments and efficient workflows. Troubleshoot issues and maintain a high level of system availability Stay up to date on the latest DevOps trends and Salesforce functionalities. Desirable skills and experience: 2 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or related role Proven experience with Salesforce DX and Salesforce development tools In-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps services (Azure, Pipelines, Repos, Boards) Expertise in CI/CD principles and automation scripting (YAML, Bash) Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts Experience with Git version control and pull request workflows Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Problem solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure). Previous experience working for Government Agencies, particularly those that support the health sector. A current security clearance is preferable, but this opportunity is open to all Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain a security clearance.
