We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Advanced Technical Support Engineer (Digital Power) to join our Customer Experience team. Our team's mission is to be Customer's first advocate & connect our teams to provide simplified seamless experience. Through innovation and digitisation, you will play an integral part as a change agent towards continuous improvement. Based in Macquarie Park, Sydney, this role will report into Advanced Technical Support Manager. You'll improve Customer Satisfaction by providing a high level of Advanced Technical Support for our Digital Power offer. You will create stability and confidence in the market by providing Customers and Schneider Electric business units with guidance in the correct implementation of Schneider Electric products, with consideration given to customer expectations and business measurements. You will be a trusted advisor and business developer, identifying uncovered needs and proposing our products, solutions and services. Key operational responsibilities will include: Consulting with and advising customers (end-users, system integrators, panel builders, distributors, consultants and contractors) on the best solutions to their technical issues in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines Remote configurations assist of various Drives, Soft Starters and Engineered Drive Systems Knowledge transfer via technical documentation such as FAQ Articles, Video FAQ, White Papers, Application Notes and Trainings Driving product improvements and learning new technologies every day Identifying growth opportunities and proposing our products, solutions and services About you: You are innovative and strategic, focused on defining and supporting new models of technical support to produce premium services offering to customers. You are customer-obsessed, going above and beyond to deliver extraordinary results and experiences for customers. In addition, you possess the following relevant skills and attributes to be successful; Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Power, Process Automation, Mechatronic, Chemical, Software or Computer Engineering, or Trade Qualification with relevant experience.
