More About Your Next Role This is your chance to be a part of the exciting Change Projects running across our business and technology transformation team. As Test Engineer you will report to the Test Lead and have full visibility of our functional and integration requirements across the projects. With a focus on POS, OMS, and Technology, our ideal Test Engineer would have experience in Retail, Supply Chain or a fast-moving environment. This opportunity will be a fixed term 18-month contract. The Test Engineer is responsible for: Creating and executing test cases based on functional and integration requirements in relevant environments (SIT/UAT) Effectively co-ordinating with business process owners to plan and execute testing including defect management and escalation of key risks and issues. Ensuring effective communication with developers, business analysts and other testing teams to provide design and implementation feedback. Ensuring appropriate cadence and reporting of test results We have a flexible working policy of 4 days in the office and 1 day WFH More About You; With a minimum of 2 years of industry experience as a Test Engineer you will have demonstratable experience building and running functional tests. You will have a Batchelor's Degree within the IT domain, ISTQB certification or similar software testing experience is an advantage. You will have experience in automation testing including front end UI and API testing (highly regarded) You will have worked within a fast-paced, deadline driven project team and work to a high standard of testing to produce outstanding results. You will have a strong background in the Retail, Supply Chain or FMCG sector as many of the projects will be retail driven. You consistently deliver results and strive to exceed established targets and expectations. You love to build rapport with other team members and demonstrate forward-thinking and awareness of business requirements and needs.
