Senior Drainage Engineer opportunity in Brisbane CBD with an international multidisciplinary consultancy working on TMR projects. Are you an experienced Civil Engineer with a passion for drainage design and an opportunity to work on state government roads projects? TalentWeb is looking for an experienced Drainage Engineer for a permanent, full-time position in Brisbane CBD. In this role you will be responsible for: Be able to deliver drainage design for highways projects and related activities with guidance of senior engineers; Supporting the Senior Engineers and Associate Engineers, whilst liaising with the designers and drafting teams to ensure designs are delivered on time; Producing drainage and flooding design using 12D drainage, MUSIC and ideally TUFLOW; Provides and takes a proactive approach in the timely and accurate provision of providing information to the Project Lead or fellow staff members to enable efficient communication; Mentoring developing drainage engineers. To be considered for this role we seek candidates with: At least 8 years' experience in Australia working in drainage design on behalf on state road authority projects; Previous experience working on state government roads and highways projects is a necessity; Proficiency using 12D Drainage, MUSIC and ideally flood modelling software; Prior experience working with an engineering consultancy.
