Modern offices with city views The Role They are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineer with expertise in migration projects to join their Enterprise Technology Services team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing technical leadership and engineering support for migration initiatives, particularly focused on M365 tenant consolidation. This is an opportunity to work on a significant project with global implications and contribute to the strategic goals of the organization. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage the migration of data into a unified M365 environment. Minimize disruptions to business operations and customer experience during migration activities. Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline migration processes. Liaise with migration partners and leverage relevant toolsets to oversee data migration. Engage with technology vendors to address technical challenges and business requirements. Offer guidance to technical teams involved in migration activities. Analyse existing systems and develop maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance. Plan and monitor project timelines and deliverables to meet quality standards. Foster collaboration among stakeholders with shared objectives. Prioritize data security and risk management considerations. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Requirements Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in migration projects. Certifications in Microsoft Exchange, Azure, or related technologies.
