Systems Engineer (ICT) - Windows Server & Cisco Networking /Switching experience (CCNA/P) We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with a strong background in both Windows server technologies and Cisco networking to support our engineering programs. The ideal candidate will have expertise in design, integration, and testing across the full systems engineering lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage engineering documentation, system designs, test plans, and verification activities Conduct obsolescence investigations and formal testing/acceptance activities Manage project documentation, engineering plans, and system safety documentation Analyze customer requirements and operational scenarios through stakeholder engagement Guide technical meetings and provide systems engineering advice Ensure project delivery within quality, schedule, and budget constraints Support proposals and tenders with pre-sales engineering Identify opportunities for new projects/products based on future technology trends Adhere to company policies/procedures and drive continuous improvement Essential Skills: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, IT or related major) 5 years experience in software, communications solutions, traceability and test engineering Proven structured approach to delivering systems engineering projects Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients/stakeholders Ability to work with limited supervision Australian citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance Required Technical Expertise: Microsoft Server technologies (Server OS, Active Directory, Group Policy) IP networking, protocols, network testing methodologies Security principles (firewalls, ACLs) Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) Cisco network hardware and IOS Windows Desktop management Desirable Experience: Communications experience Integration experience Join the team and leverage your Windows server and Cisco skills on challenging engineering programs Travel may be required for this office-based role.
