Let’s discuss what you bring to the table Our client, a leader in the building services industry, melds revolutionary HVAC technologies with sustainable practices, crafting bespoke solutions that span from vibrant commercial hubs to crucial healthcare facilities. We are on the hunt for a Senior Project Engineer who's not just familiar with the game but knows how to play it better than anyone else. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation and commissioning of complex HVAC systems. Cultivate strong client relationships, translating their needs into effective, cost-efficient solutions. Prepare comprehensive cost estimations and manage project budgets to ensure profitability. Guarantee compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Utilise analytical skills to anticipate and resolve project issues, ensuring successful outcomes. Produce clear and detailed project documentation for stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Further qualifications or certifications are beneficial. Preference for Registered Building Practitioner (Mechanical Engineer) in Victoria. Significant experience in Tier 1 mechanical contracting or complex consultancy projects. Proficient in HVAC design, NCC, AS standards, CAMEL or equivalent, and relevant software for engineering and project management. Valid driver’s licence required.
