Sydney Based / Permanent Hybrid Working Arrangements Cisco / AD / Windows Server / VMware / O365 Responsibilities: Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 applications and services. Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions with Microsoft Azure. Ensure IT systems and network security through appropriate measures, monitoring, and incident response. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical solutions aligned with business requirements. Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and performance monitoring. Plan and execute backup and disaster recovery strategies. Manage Active Directory, including user management, group policies, and access controls. Configure and maintain virtualization technologies like Hyper-V or VMware. Requirements: 4 Years experience working as an Infrastructure / Systems Engineer focusing on Windows Environment. Proven experience Cisco routers, switches Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy. Skilled in maintaining Windows server environments, including installation, configuration, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere. Proven expertise in managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
