The main purpose of this role is to provide and support data within the integrated environments to enable successful testing for BEN projects. The implementation of data masking and synthesis is required reduce the risk of data leakage. As a Test Data Engineer you’ll get to… Work with the delivery teams to assess integrated Test Environments Data needs, in accordance with the Test Data Management Framework. Manage the timely provisioning and masking and synthesis of relevant Test Data across the environments on an as need basis by project delivery teams within one or more releases. Conduct general introductions/training across groups as needed. Review data inputs for sensitive data inventory changes. Work with the Environment, Release managers and Delivery teams to maintain a data refresh schedule working with the leadership teams to assess any impacts. Action and drive the timely completion of requests and resolution of issues and engage with support teams as required. About you Knowledge and understanding of the following Data classifications: (highly desirable) PII Personally identifiable information. PCI Payment card information. PHI Protected health information. NPI Non-public Information. Knowledge of and utilisation of Data Masking tools such as DELPHIX (highly desirable). Knowledge of mainframe, SQL, Cloud and Oracle data bases and structures (highly desirable). Strong technical background with extensive knowledge of Test Data Management practises. Knowledge and experience using Agile tools (Jira, confluence). Ability to identify stakeholder data needs, propose solutions and deliver working solutions.
