Knowledge and experience in managing, maintaining, and troubleshooting firewalls, network switches, wired and wireless routers, and network appliances. Knowledge and experience in monitoring, investigating, and analysing security related systems, logs, and reports. Ability to produce quality guides, work instructions, and technical documents. Ability to work in a team environment and develop effective working relationships with internal and external clients, team members, vendors, and end users.
