System Engineer Start Date: 1 July 2024 Length: 24 months 12-month potential extension Location of work: SA, VIC Role Responsibilities: Implementing HPC system and security design Installation of HPC Linux based software Configuring and tuning HPC operating systems and associated Linux based software Ensuring HPC systems are maintained, and system availability is at, or above, planned service levels Where required, physical installation of HPC equipment Carrying out HPC Cluster Management Maintaining and monitoring HPC Job Queues Linux fault prevention, detection and correction Liaison with HPC user base Key Experience: Experience in large scale HPC systems Experience implementing HPC system and security design Experience installing and configuring HPC Linux based software and maintaining and monitoring job queues and cluster managements Experience with Linux fault prevention, detection and correction What You Get A company that cares for their people.
