Key Responsibilities: Ensure the reliability, performance, and availability of our systems. Develop and implement robust observability tools and practices. Work closely with development and operations teams to enhance system operations and efficiencies. Proactively identify and resolve system issues to maintain optimal performance. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support as needed Requirements: AWS (ideally someone who is AWS certified) Terraform Kubernetes (someone who has their CKA/CKAD will be looked upon favourably) Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
