Collaborative, a solid communicator, and work well with your team and stakeholders. Someone who cares deeply for team results, checks your ego at the door and takes pride in owning results. A professional who can advocate strongly for positions and still be 100% behind team decisions even if they dont go your way A mentor who is capable at guiding the technical development of less experienced developers at the functional, component architectural levels Are comfortable balancing the need to move fast with the realities of working in a highly regulated space like payments Essential Requirements Evidence of at least five years track record of development experience on Android apps, within large enterprise SDLC for both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, web services & database integrations, Android app ecosystems, Good understanding of popular UX/UI design tools, such as Photoshop, Sketch, etc. Experience of integrating with third party systems & SDKs, e.g., Google Maps/Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, Paypal, etc. Experience in Web Services integrations REST/JSON, OAuth 2.0, etc. 3 years' experience in leading/governing a team of Android/iOS developers, in a medium to large scale organisation Detailed understanding of Kotlin/Swift Adapt to appropriate methodologies for scale of application development/configuration, with focus on Agile methodology An Android SME who has a good consulting skills Can initiate, drive, provide recommendation and contribute during conversations about Overall App Architecture and Security.
