Are you an accomplished Civil Engineer or Project Manager with experience in water and wastewater treatment design? Are you an accomplished Civil Engineer or Project Manager with experience in water and wastewater treatment design? As a key member of the water division, you will utilise your strong understanding of engineering principles and project management across a broad range of project types. Once established, you will take on increasing operational and management responsibilities, helping to maintain a happy, high-performing, stable team. Mentored by senior figures within the business, and supported by excellent in-house training programs, you will be developed into a leadership role with a range of rewarding future pathways. In this role you will be responsible for: Working with a strong group of engineers and designers on projects including water supply & treatment, asset and resource management and water network planning and design; Account management and client engagement; Ensuring that project are delivered in-line with expected standards, budgets, and timelines. To be considered for this role we seek candidates with: 10 years of relevant experience as a consultant in civil and/or structural engineering or project management; A demonstrable track record of delivering projects within the water and waste treatment industry; Working knowledge of Australian statutory requirements, contracts, and engineering standards; Planning/network modelling skills will be highly valued; RPEQ/CPEng not required but favoured; Excellent people skills with a desire take on team-management and leadership responsibilities.
