Significant company and client growth requires a Level 3 Systems Engineer to join a highly technical and performing technical team of engineers To be successful you will need: Prior or current MSP or Consulting experience 5 years commercial IT experience across System Engineering Point of escalation at Level 3 via the service desk Knowledge and experience in implementing and supporting solutions in Azure, including Microsoft O365, Azure AD and SharePoint Experience with virtualisation technologies such as VMWare, AHV, Hyper-V or KVM Windows Server management (2012 to 2022) Working with monitoring systems : RMM & PRTG Automation - Scripting skills with Python, Shell, Bash or similar Experience of Incident Management with the ability to support problems will be highly regarded Auditing & assessing environments, working to industry best practices Working to the ITIL best practices and framework Microsoft Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, AZ-104, AZ-800/801 will be highly regarded In return you get: High visibility role, ability to make real change and impact positive direction.
