Earth Sciences and Engineering (ESE) specialises in site planning, spatial information and digital terrain modeling, surface and subsurface investigations, rock mechanics, underground structures, geotechnical laboratory services, flood forecasting and water resource management through our geotechnical, hydrotechnical, and civil site development expertise. Our ESE group forms an integrated core that provides internal and external clients with outstanding project execution through our hydrotechnical, geotechnical, civil and geospatial expertise. The ESE provide services to all three main sectors within Hatch; Bulk Metals, Infrastructure and Energy. From concept to operation, we're committed to providing traditional services alongside proprietary technologies and innovative thinking to deliver custom, cost-effective solutions. Key responsibilities: - Support growing water business through supporting the pursuits and proposals. - Work directly with senior engineers and technical teams in leading the execution of various ongoing projects. - Manage projects with direct communication with clients, sub consultants, and contractors. - Mentoring junior staff and foster a continuous learning environment - Project participation through active involvement in hydrotechnical related project work including consulting assignments, management and peer review, as appropriate.
