GIS Specialist Data Engineer — City, North Canberra

Our Client is seeking a Geospatial Data Specialist for their Federal Government project. This is an initial contract duration of 12 months open for only ACT location. As the selected candidate, you will: Ensure that geospatial data is accurate, consistent, and accessible to all stakeholders. Develop and maintain data quality, reference data management, and data validation processes. Collaborate with development teams to assist them in utilising geospatial visualisations and data. To be successful in this role you should have: Familiarity with geospatial data structures, algorithms, and standards (such as GNAF). It is desirable if you have: Experience working with development teams to integrate geospatial data and visualisations. Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with NV1 clearance.
