Do work those matters: Working in the Engineering Practice as the Product Owner of Engineering Hiring you will own the hiring experience for engineering, ensuring we hire top talent and provide them with the best hiring experience from the moment they apply, right through to onboarding at CBA. We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half your time each month connecting in office. We also have many other flexible working options available including changing start and finish times, part-time arrangements and job share to name a few. See yourself in our team Work with senior engineering leaders to understand their demand for engineers and timings for then they need these engineers to be onboarded by Drive the prioritisation of allocating out newly recruited engineers. Support our workforce planning & finance teams to build accurate forecasts. Play an active part of panel day interviews, including facilitating panel roundtable discussions. Facilitate weekly meetings to bring panel members together to review candidates that have applied and consolidate feedback. Ensure that our panel members are fully skilled to run effective interviews, support them with training as required. Manage a forward-looking calendar view of panel members so that we can rotate the responsibilities across our engineering workforce. Constantly look to uplift the process so that we remain competitive with our hiring strategy. Ensure that engineers have a seamless onboarding experience from day one. Get involved in other Engineering Practice streams of work when there is capacity to support our other key deliverables.
