We would like to hear from Mechanical Engineers who would like to join their Sydney team. EXPERIENCE A relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering; A minimum of 5 years’ experience working within the Building Services sector; Mechanical design of HVAC system design and understand heat load and air flow calculations; Confident with static calculations; Understanding of relevant Australian Standards and National Construction Codes; Excellent written and verbal communication skills A positive and proactive approach to work, and the ability to build stakeholder relationships. Your Role • Design of Mechanical (HVAC) Services to meet Australian Standards/Building Code of Australia (BCA) requirements. • Software Proficient: AutoCAD and REVIT • Preparation of specifications and reports. • Attendance at project site’s to perform measurements, data logging and visual observations of the services. • Attendance and participation in client meetings.
