All Pumps Sales & Service is looking for a full-time Mechanical Engineer to join our team in, Silverwater, NSW 2128. This is a great opportunity where hard work will be rewarded. Responsibilities include: Build and test prototypes of pump systems. Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary design changes. Designing mechanical equipment, machines, components, products for manufacture, and plant and systems for construction. Lead and manage engineering projects from initial concept through to production. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met. Create and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and test reports. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Stay current with advancements in pump technology and industry trends. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product quality and engineering efficiency. Directing the maintenance of plant buildings and equipment, and coordinating the requirements for new designs, surveys and maintenance schedules Organising and managing project labour and the delivery of materials, plant and equipment Conduct fluid dynamics and structural analyses using FEA software (e.g., ANSYS) to validate and optimize pump designs. Perform thermal and stress analyses as needed. Inspecting plant to ensure optimum performance is maintained. To ensure that you are successful in this role you will possess/demonstrate: Degree qualified in Engineering. Minimum 2 years’ of experience required in a similar role. Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking. Experience with data analysis and failure analysis techniques. Excellent communication skills Critical thinking and Attention to detail Salary: The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $95,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
