Completions Engineer Suburban Connect — Melbourne CBD, Melbourne

The Suburban Connect consortium, comprising CPB Contractors, ACCIONA and Ghella, have been selected by the Victorian Government to deliver the first major tunnelling package on the Suburban Rail Loop (SRL) East project. The package includes construction of a 16-kilometre section of the project's twin tunnels, including tunnelling between Cheltenham and Glen Waverley, 55 safety cross passages between the tunnels, station boxes at Clayton and Monash and the construction of portals - the entrances and exits to the tunnels - at the stabling facility. About the Opportunity: Join our team as Completions Engineer. You'll be the key to progressively achieving completion of the project through a demanding completions program. This includes verification and surveillance on acceptance artefacts prior to each acceptance milestone, identifying and managing program risks and opportunities. About the role Verification and compilation of all completion documentation submissions Manage and coordinate the Redline Mark-Up & As Built drawing process with the design and delivery teams. Assist the Project Delivery Team to manage and monitor management of change that impacts the completion program Provide continuous assistance and training to the entire Project Team including all subcontractors to meet completion deliverables Manage all aspects of allocated projects in conjunction with relevant stakeholders and contractors to progress projects to implementation and commissioning.
