In your role as a Cloud Engineer as part of our Modern Operations team you will: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests related to AWS services. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. Provide guidance and best practices for deploying, managing, and optimizing AWS infrastructure. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored AWS solutions. Conduct regular reviews and health checks of client environments to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency. Deploy and configure AWS services according to best practices and client requirements. Automate routine tasks using AWS tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash). Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure the reliability and performance of client environments. Develop and maintain documentation, including FAQs, how-to guides, and best practices. Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product development, and other support engineers, to provide cohesive client experiences. We are looking for someone with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on AWS. AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator are highly desirable. Proficiency in AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation, and others. Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or similar). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK Stack). Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric mindset. Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks. What keeps us here?
