As the System engineer, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and management of deploying Microsoft 365 for our clients IT systems. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Client Details Our Client is well known Australian Brand Description As the System Engineer you will be responsible for: Develop and execute detailed plans for the deployment of Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Configure Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and One Drive for Business, to meet organisational requirements. Manage the migration of existing data and applications to the Microsoft 365 platform, ensuring data integrity and security. Integrate Microsoft 365 with existing IT infrastructure and third-party applications as needed. Provide technical support and training to end-users, ensuring they are comfortable with the new tools and technologies. Identify and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft 365 deployment and usage. Ensure the deployment adheres to security best practices and compliance requirements. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment processes, configurations, and support procedures. Profile The Successful Individual Will Ideally Possess The Following: Minimum of 5 years of experience in system engineering with a focus on Microsoft 365 deployment and management. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, One drive for Business) and related technologies. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are highly desirable. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
