Are you an experienced Deployment Engineer with a passion for making a difference? Overview: Our client, a dedicated not-for-profit organization providing exceptional aged care services, is seeking a skilled Deployment Engineer to join their team on a short-term contract. This is an urgent role with an immediate start, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to a meaningful cause while showcasing your expertise in Microsoft Intune and mobile device management. Key Responsibilities: iOS/iPadOS Direct Enrollment (DEP) for Apple Configurator: Set up and manage direct enrollment for Apple devices using Microsoft Intune, ensuring seamless integration and deployment. Policy Management: Create, review, and update policies for Intune deployment to ensure compliance and optimal performance across the organization. Device Configuration and Deployment: Deploy configurations across approximately 80 new and existing iOS/iPadOS devices, ensuring they meet organizational standards and user requirements. Mobile Application Management: Configure and deploy mobile application management for unenrolled devices (iOS and Android), managing around 80 devices to enhance security and productivity. Requirements: Proven experience in deploying and managing devices using Microsoft Intune, particularly with iOS and iPadOS devices. Strong understanding of Apple Configurator and Direct Enrollment Program (DEP) for Apple devices. Expertise in creating and updating policies within Microsoft Intune. Experience with Mobile Application Management (MAM) for both iOS and Android devices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
