They are seeking a Senior Fire Protection Engineer to join their esteemed team. This is a great opportunity to lead groundbreaking projects, mentor rising stars, and shape the future of fire safety in Australia. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring their projects meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and sustainability. DUTIES. Design and implement advanced fire protection systems for a variety of projects including commercial, residential, and industrial buildings Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments and develop strategic mitigation plans Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to integrate fire protection solutions seamlessly Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve our fire protection strategies Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth and excellence SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field Prior 5 years of experience working in Building Services with a proven track record of successful project delivery Deep knowledge of Australian fire safety codes and standards Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems creatively Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team CULTURE.
