Required Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, or related qualification 6 years experience in a product development role Experience with DFM and FMEA processes Understanding of manufacturing processes, specifically: moulding/casting, machining, electronic systems Experience with test system design Experience with requirements analysis and pre-compliance testing Highly desirable: Compliance certification Experience in supplier negotiation and quality management Project management skills using agile processes Mandarin language skills Work on developing new products for a prominent Australian company, developing products for consumer and office use.
