See yourself in our team The CBA technology unit delivers the best digital banking services to Commonwealth Bank customers and to do so is responsible for digital delivery, group data and analytics, technology and technology infrastructure, cyber, fraud, physical security and business resilience for all divisions across CBA. You'll be part of driven engineers in the End User Experience - Collaboration Team that provide full expertise in Power Platform and business automation. As a Systems Engineer you'll come with a solid background in developing and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. Also, you'll work in a consultative team environment and be responsible for automating processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. We're interested in hearing from people who: Administer, support and operate the Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive service portfolios Experience in automating processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity Has the ability to rapidly comprehend business needs, possesses a comprehensive understanding of the architecture, and offers valuable insights Possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills Can participate in on call rotation or after-hours work to support the platforms (either change requests, or priority incidents) Have a strong Risk Mindset - All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify, understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks Stays up-to-date with the latest developments in the Power Platform and related technologies Tech Skills: We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team: SharePoint Online, Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, Fabric (Power BI) and Copilot Studio Working knowledge of Agile practices API Management, Blob Storage, SQL, Logic Apps, Key Vault) and SharePoint Framework Familiarity with code quality tools and best practices security coding standards Working with us: Whether you're passionate about customer service, driven by data, or called by creativity, a career with us is for you.
