About the Role As the Senior Project Engineer you will support the delivery of the Development Programme from Concept to Execution for infrastructure projects. Ensuring successful coordination with relevant stakeholders throughout the lifecycle Ensure projects are planned to meet programme milestones and detailed for construction. You will support the program team lead, Project and Construction manager through all phases of the development process ensuring compliance with quality and cost targets. Use your experience to develop, coach and mentor more junior team members and support the Team Lead in the development of people and identification and management of resources across the program. Position Accountabilities Oversee the management of external engineering contractors and suppliers to ensure delivery of rotating equipment packages are aligned with business objectives, industry standards and specifications. Manage rotating packages within budget and schedule milestones ensuring reporting is aligned and there is clear escalation when issues arise. Lead engineering, quality, factory acceptance testing and constructability reviews to ensure the design and delivery of rotating equipment is coordinated and ready for execution per required on site dates. Support the construction manager and construction superintendents throughout the execution phase ensuring technical queries are coordinated and responded to in a timely manner. Support Operations Readiness requirements throughout all phases of the project About You Essential experience required for this position includes: 10 years professional experience preferably from a resource industry and rotating machinery engineering and package background Project Management experience, understanding project lifecycle processes, and experience developing and leading projects Managed engineering consultants and package vendors to deliver FEED and detailed design scopes of work under a reimbursable contractual framework. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
