Come and be a part of this success. About the Role BHP is seeking a talented and motivated Lead Engineering Information Management. You will play a critical role in ensuring integrity and consistency of the engineering information across multiple assets within Copper SA. You will be responsible for maintaining and development standards and improvements, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and coaching/upskilling the current team in improving data integrity. This is an Adelaide based role. Key Responsibilities of this role: Safety mindset around personal safety (both mental and physical) Recognises and removes obstacles preventing successful change and improvement. Maintains expected standards and processes to drive quality and set the foundation for improvement. Works with a clear view of customer needs, measuring their own success through stretch goals and metrics. Adapts their plans to changing conditions and context, identifying, and sharing new risks and opportunities with the team. Seeks to understand their own strengths and development areas and identifies a variety of strategies/learning approaches to continually build their capability (e.g. targeted skill development, on the job experiences and feedback). Supports team performance and capability development through peer support, collaboration, sharing of lessons learned and providing on-time feedback. Listens and clearly conveys information and updates in a simplified manner, uses different communication methods to ensure others understanding the context, purpose, objectives, resources and time frame for work and tasks. Maintain and improve the integrity of Copper SA blueprint. Uses, stores, classifies, assesses, and processes data/metadata in alignment with BHPs standards and requirements for data quality management, integrity and governance. Manages new and existing sets of master data, runs and cleanses reports to remove errors and improve the quality of master data across BHP. Tailors' governance and assurance practices/internal standards to fit stakeholder requirements based on an understanding of the broader business context. Executes and follows relevant Management of Change procedures to assist in changing impacted governance/assurance related processes, technology, solutions, etc. About You Experience in Engineering Information management. Previous Leadership experience. Proficiency in Smart Plant for Operations, MicroStation. Experience within engineering consulting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to safety and environmental stewardship. Qualification in information management preferred.
