This role will leverage your passion for data and using tech to uncover business insights, driving performance improvements across strategic enterprise level initiatives. Key Responsibilities: As a Data Analytics Engineer, you will delve into diverse data sources to identify opportunities for improvement. You'll continuously track key performance indicators and regularly assess them with stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive enhancements. Leading broader Analytics functions across the business, as well as providing data-driven recommendations and strategic initiatives. Building strong advisory relationships, you will influence leadership to enhance performance and customer satisfaction. You'll also innovate the delivery and efficiency of reports using current technologies and exploring new possibilities. Collaborating closely with business and technical teams, you'll optimise resource use and integrate new technologies to meet future needs. Acting as a subject matter expert for frequently used data sets, you will provide timely and insightful data-driven recommendations. Promoting a high-performance culture, you will set and maintain standards of excellence within the team. Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in Data, Finance, Engineering, Science, or Management. Proven ability to analyse complex data sets and communicate insights effectively. Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Databricks Strong relationship-building skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor.
