We're seeking an Enterprise Mobility Engineer to fortify client infrastructure support. This role starts as a 3-6-month contract role and will convert to permanent. · Perform advanced issue analysis and resolution in Intune MDM and MAM service including high severity issues and service outages, RCA analysis and reporting in Intune. · Oversee and lead administrative tasks performed by Service Desk (such as Device Enrolment, Policy Configuration, Application Publishing and Deploy, Compliance and Conditional Access configuration). · Perform policy-level changes to Clients Intune tenancies and review change control requests that impact the Intune environment as well as perform advanced Intune Service maintenance. · Handle Major Change activities in Mobility Infrastructure which include Version Upgrade, Feature enablement in EMM services. · Support for advanced Device Management activities which includes setting iOS Supervised Mode, DEP, VPP, Compliance Setup and enabling Conditional Access for Email, SharePoint, Skype for Business as needed. · Support for Advanced troubleshooting in all Platform related issues from iOS, Android, Windows · Handle Advanced Mobile Application Management configuration and troubleshooting which includes App Wrapping, App whitelisting/Blacklisting, Configuring Application policies, Single Sign on and Encryption. · 3 rd Levdeel Support for the service desk team.
