Now, enough about us – let's talk about you. We're expanding our dream team, and we're on the hunt for a key role to join our Professional Services Team. What you’ll be doing Ensuring that all Validating security controls are enabled/functioning. CrowdStrike coverage / versions across the fleet - operationalise expected/unexpected identity behaviours. Sentinel and Darktrace expertise Microsoft Monitoring Agent coverage across the server fleet. Troubleshooting Microsoft agents. Qualys Vulnerability Management - provide oversight/assurance and provide the local contextual knowledge, working alongside with the third party service provider. Prisma Secure Web Gateway – basic troubleshooting of issues, and working with third-party service provider to resolve. F5 WAF – basic troubleshooting (ie reputation checks) and working with third-party service provider to resolve. PAM (Secret Server) – assist with input/involvement. Removing/Reducing on-premise Exchange to M365. Microsoft Purview - detecting data loss and anomalous activities Other day to day tasks, including general security posture uplift.
