Be the backbone of the high-rise team. Build the culture, develop the Structural team, run things the way you want to. Projects cover mid to high-rise commercial, residential and retail structures. Further there is involvement in hospitals, industrial, infrastructure and recreational developments/structures. Work together with the Directors in terms of facilitating your existing BD skills. Be exposed in strategies and formulas that have succeeded. You'll hold around 5-7 years experience in the Structural arena.
