About the role: Based at Australia’s largest operational power station - Eraring Power Station in New South Wales, focusing on delivering one of Australia’s largest Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects adjacent to the Eraring power station. Provide onsite engineering, project management and technical focus for the project – liaising with the wider project team and operational staff. The Senior Project Engineer will be the technical interface with the project engineering teams, contractors, site operational staff to ensure the project is completed to a high standard and support the project director with project management activities. Relevant tertiary qualification and/or engineering degree Engineering experience (5-8 years) with relevant legislative and HSE knowledge Good level of power generation, renewables or heavy industry knowledge and experience, preferably in BESS A high level of Quality management and Continuous Improvement knowledge and experience Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills Ability to work within and provide leadership to cross functional/discipline teams So, why join us?
