What You'll Do: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Oversee the development and implementation of engineering design processes and methodologies. Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and safety in design principles. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in engineering processes. Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and clients to secure work and deliver successful project outcomes. Plan, prioritise and resource engineering projects to ensure their success. Contribute to the growth and development of Ventia Engineering Services. About You: A Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent qualifications Demonstrated engineering experience in heavy industry, with experience in a senior engineering role. Demonstrated expertise in engineering design processes and methodologies relevant to heavy industry and hazardous industries. Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration and positive relationships.
