We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Packaging Engineer to join our team at Regency Park which will see you responsible for maximising the efficiency, productivity, quality and safety of packaging equipment and systems. Responsibilities About the Role Coordinate activities to optimize efficiency, productivity, quality and safety of packaging equipment. Lead Site Packaging, providing direction and vision. Offer technical training and support to Operators, Team Members, and Managers. Manage capital investments for equipment in line with cost and safety objectives. Foster relationships with internal and external packaging specialists. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve Packaging metrics and training. Work closely with Managers and Engineers on new packaging projects. Provide guidance on Packaging IPS at the site level. Evaluate maintenance programs and collaborate for continuous improvement. Analyze packaging performance to enhance safety and quality. Engage with OEM (Full Form) suppliers to resolve packaging issues. Prioritise health, safety, and welfare of personnel. Qualifications About You 3-5 years experience in a relevant technical role, ideally within the FMCG industry. Exposure to high-speed packaging equipment or similar production technology. Familiarity with TSSC packaging equipment, systems, suppliers, and modern process control techniques. Strong interpersonal skills to build trust, cooperation, and support among team members. Proven ability to plan and coordinate multiple work activities simultaneously. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of mechanical principles. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
