You are ready to join a large (20) release management team split across Sydney and India ensuring quality assisting our developers to get their code and data to production safely and securely We are constantly transforming our process building automations using technology and you will be a part of this Together we will work to ensure the quality of the data held by the bank is best in class Do work that matters The release Management Team (RMT) is responsible in the Chief Data and Analytics Office department of CBA for managing delivery of data into our production BigData Hadoop database safely and securely for use in many downstream applications. In this role you will contribute by managing releases from the many delivery/developer teams by deploying to our pre-production environment using our release orchestration tool and automations. Here they will have final quality checks and testing using actual production data together with a walkthrough with Ops who do the actual production deployment. Other responsibilities will include providing environment access and management via Jiras. What you do here will have an impact as you are working on the backend of Australia's largest bank with over 17M customers data. The data is also used to prevent financial crimes, ensure compliance, assist hardship and many other important areas of the bank.
