Network Security Engineer — The Rocks, Sydney

Initial 6 months contract extensions Hybrid Work Model Location: CBD We are looking for a Senior Network Security Engineer to join a market leader. You will be part of the Cyber Security Operations team and will be responsible for: Responsibilities: Technical lead for a project responsible for delivering network security standards Review of major system designs Maintain all security controls to ensure optimal function Review configurations and implement new security controls Management of ongoing incidents Skills and Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in Network Security Engineering Knowledge of security concepts related to DNS, including routing, authentication , VPN Network security expertise in Software defined networking, Next gen firewall policies Previous experience with mapping and implementing industry standard cyber security frameworks to large scale enterprise environments Experience with CISCO SDA Strong understanding of data processing and orchestration Highly skilled in analysis, problem solving, and troubleshooting.
