As a Senior Quality Engineer, you'll play a critical role in this transformation. See yourself in our team We are accountable to execute on Financial Crimes Operations Transformations enhancements to processes, systems, and skills to ensure the Groups goal of ensuring leading practice in disrupting financial crime. Their strategy is to deliver efficient and quality processes aimed at creating experiences that our customers love, to ensure increased confidence in managing financial crime. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks and test suites to ensure the quality of our applications. We're interested in hearing from people who: Have solid hands-on experience in design and develop robust automated test frameworks using C#, Selenium, and SpecFlow for web-based and mobile applications Are constantly collaborating with development teams to understand requirements, identify test scenarios, and create comprehensive test plans and test cases Have solid hands on experience in software testing, with a strong emphasis on test automation frameworks and tools Pride themselves on implementing automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, security, and compatibility across various platforms and browsers. Are confident contributors to the enhancement of existing test automation frameworks, tools, and processes to improve test coverage, reliability, and efficiency Are constantly investigating and troubleshooting issues reported by automated tests, providing detailed analysis and recommendations for resolution Are participating in code reviews and providing feedback on testability and maintainability of the codebase Are knowledgeable mentoring and guiding junior test engineers on best practices for test automation and software testing methodologies Tech skills We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don't expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team; Web services, REST/SOAP/XML and API/Service based testing using tools such as RestAssured, Pact or Blazemeter.
