Role Overview: As a Systems Engineer at REDD, you play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients, and the Systems Engineer has a crucial role in achieving this goal. They are responsible for managing support requests from our clients, as well as mentoring and guiding our Level 1 Support Engineers. Their top priority is to resolve the issue promptly while keeping the Client informed at every stage of the process. Responsibilities: Resolve client support requests promptly, both onsite and remotely. Mentor and guide Level 1 Support Engineers. Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues. Conduct onsite visits for IT service requests, installations, and setups. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to build trust. Identify opportunities for process improvement. Experience: 2 years of customer service experience in a technical environment. Previous experience in an MSP environment preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Cloud technologies. Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
