Full time hybrid opportunity Responsibilities Providing technical expertise for core infrastructure listed in role requirements Manage and proactively maintain all responsible system Help produce appropriate infrastructure designs and technical specifications in line with defined processes to support the development of new and improved system Coordinated execution of projects task with support of Technical Leads and Project Managers Conduct training & mentoring programs to junior team members along with ensuring documentation is accurate and well maintained Deliver weekly system reports to Infrastructure manager Adhering to Infrastructure policies and processes (e.g. Change Management) as well as identifying potential risks within the IT environment and reporting accordingly Conducting training & mentoring of junior team members along with ensuring documentation is accurate and well maintained Following ITIL based ITSM practices and ensuring all incidents, problems and service requests are managed to agreed service levels Liaise with internal staff to ensure a high satisfaction of services are met Creating and maintain corporate knowledge base articles Rostered on call program for supporting BAU & Project activities Requirements Microsoft Certified Professional qualifications (MCP / MCSE / MCITP / MCSEI / MCITPI / MCSA 5 years’ experience working with Microsoft stack (M365, Azure/Entra ID, InTune, Active Directory, AVD, Windows & Server OS etc.) 5 years’ experience configuring, managing, and maintaining virtualisation environments ie. VMware 5 years’ experience configuring, managing, and maintaining enterprise Patching & Security Systems 5 years’ experience managing & maintaining IAM, IGA & PAM Solutions 5 years’ experience configuring, managing & maintaining backup and SAN storage solutions Coordinate and prioritise Infrastructure activities and support requests Proficient in time & priority management Investigative skills to identify and solve potentially complex problems Translate technical issues into understandable business language for end-users Identifying and escalating situations requiring urgent attention
