Experienced Structural Engineer required for a growing consultancy in Grafton. Residential/Commercial project experience preferred. Our client is a well-established engineering consultancy in Grafton seeking a highly motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented leader to play a pivotal role in expanding their project portfolio and securing larger, more complex projects. What you'll be doing: Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept design to completion. Provide expert advice and technical solutions for a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial developments. Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying new project opportunities and fostering client relationships. What you'll bring: Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering consultancy. Proven ability to manage and deliver projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. A strong understanding of relevant building codes and Australian Standards. Proficiency in structural engineering software A passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of engineering design.
