The Role As a Principal Civil Engineer, you'll lead project teams in delivering high-profile projects across Sydney, from concept to completion. You'll be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery, client satisfaction, and driving business growth initiatives as part of the leadership team. The Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Membership with Engineers Australia as CPEng and NER DBPA Professional Engineer & Design Practitioner Registration (preferred). Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage The Business Development Requirements Exceptional business development and relationship management skills Experienced in preparing proposals/tenders and leading client presentations. The Technical Requirements Minimum 12 years of engineering design experience within an engineering consultancy. Advanced understanding of Australian Building Codes and Standards Proficiency in Civil 3D or 12D software and other relevant tools Experience in civil design for urban development, hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, and drainage systems design.
