Your key accountabilities The core capability requirements for this role are: - Lead in the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines and data integration processes that ingest, transform, and load data from various sources into a centralised data warehouse.- Develop, maintain, and take ownership of existing data pipelines ensuring their smooth operation and troubleshooting any issues.- Innovate data engineering approaches and identify opportunities for improvements for HR data strategy and management, using new technologies and industry trends.- Collaborate with stakeholders, business teams and workforce analysts to understand requirements and translate them into efficient data pipelines.- Ensure data quality and security within the pipelines by implementing robust data quality checks and validation processes to maintain integrity.- Document and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure continuity.
